MANUFACTURING TECHNOLOGY:
FORGES GORCE perfectly masters the technologies of induction heating and heat treatment. Induction heating limits decarburization phenomena to the maximum, while providing heating evenness that means the fabrication of homogeneous products. Oil quenching prevents risks of cracks, and future damage that is still possible with water. Our maintenance service also monitors the oil characteristics regularly.

METALLOGRAPHY ANALYSIS LABORATORY:
