Taking orders
1. Every order implies the acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale or service delivery previously communicated to the Customer

Payment
1. The Customer chooses the method of payment from among those offered by the Merchant in the Shop: Blue Card, Cheque.
2. If a Bank Card is used, the transaction shall be charged to the Customer account:
- at the time of the order for services provided online;

for goods to be delivered or services detailed below in seven days following the date of the "e-receipt"
issued for the Customer. However, the Merchant shall cancel the order if he cannot satisfy it and shall notify the Customer.

Responsibility/Claims
1. The Merchant is solely responsible for the contents of his offer and the commitment that he takes in particular those concering delivery times.
2. The Merchant is solely authorized to deal with all the claims or disputes relating to the product sold or the service provided,
its delivery/supply or payment. If the dispute relates to payment operations, the bank company or third party in charge of the payment system may be consulted.

1. In compliance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data the Customer has a right of access and correction in relation to the relevant data as well as a right of opposition.

Disputes
Forges Gorce cannot be held responsible for non-execution of the contract in case of force majeure, and especially, in case of natural disaster, war, strike, flooding, fire, etc. In case
of dispute concerning the interpretation or execution of the contract, the tribunal of Thiers shall have sole jurisdiction whatever the place of delivery and the payment method.
